For orders that require a picture you can either email the picture to: email@example.com - Take your original file from your camera, which you have taken at the highest resolution of the camera and also taken Portrait Style (vertical), save it as a jpeg with no cropping done and then compress it so you can email it.

Wind Sensations also accepts orders using a personal check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. Dollars or a U.S. Postal Money Order. If you pay by check, we need you to send your check prior to your order being shipped. We will need to hold your check for 10 days for processing before your order will be shipped. If you pay by U.S. Postal Money Order, your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt pending merchandise availability.
* NOTE: Sales Tax will be adjusted for what county in New York State you reside. The system will only calculate one tax rate for New York.

been discontinued or sold out without prior notice to us, however, we will
contact you and let you know your options if this happens
Club cards apply to the decorative flags only and are not valid with other discounts, promotions, exclusive designs or custom flag orders.
Free Shipping (If unavailability of merchandise drops your total below
$75.00, you will be charged the appropriate shipping cost unless you
make another selection. We will contact you either by phone or email
that merchandise is not available and give you the opportunity to make
another selection.) If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, free shipping does
not apply to your order on hardware products. You will be charged
actual shipping cost on all hardware products. (Wholesale accounts
will pay actual shipping cost.) Shipping to APO addresses will be treated like International Orders. We will let you know the cost of the shipping.
Shipping Method: We use US Postal Service (First Class and Priority Mail) for most orders shipped. There is one exception, if you are purchasing heavy products that total over $75 we will ship your order via Parcel Post. If you prefer to have us use UPS shipping or some other method of shipping, please specify in the Comment section and we will charge you the actual shipping cost, even if the order is over $75.
